Short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to reply, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you fill out the tour or referral form, we receive what you type: your name, contact information, and your short note. It arrives as an email to our team and is used to reply to you.

What we ask you not to send

Please don’t put medical details, diagnoses, IPP or ISP information, or a participant’s name in a web form. We talk about those privately, through secure channels, after we connect.

What we don’t do

• No advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or session recording.
• No cookies from this site.
• We don’t sell or share your information.

If we measure visits, we use privacy-first analytics that count page views without cookies and without identifying you. The map on our visit page loads from Google only if you choose to show it.
